3rd game into the season and Skellefteå is missing Bellemare, Ericsson, Lindström, Petterström, Granberg, Klingberg, Andersson, maybe Forssell and Vesce doesn't arrive in another month...
And Engtrand won the "game in the game". Goalkeeper vs goalkeeper. He even managed to win "who can mess up the most" despite Norrena letting 8 goals go past him with only 18 shots against. Växjös third goal was a nice blunder....

Hey, at least it wasn't in a really important QF game, like when Norrena let in a goal just like Växjö's 3rd...
By the way, I LOVE CARL SÖDERBERG! Seriously, six goals in five games!? Please God, let him stay healthy this year...!
Somewhat related to Hudacek's gaffe in tonight's game...
Goals against after five games:
Modo (Starkbaum/Alsenfelt): 18 (3.6 goals per game)
Frölunda (Hudacek/Galbraith), six games played: 18 (3.0)
AIK (Larsson/Lundström): 16 (3.2)
Växjö (Norrena/Modig), six games played: 15 (2.5)
Frölunda have scored the most goals at this point - 17 - so they don't have to worry too much right now. But the other teams should start thinking about what changes they can make to their defensive games to stay competitive.

What will his role be when Vesce arrives and everybody's healthy? Still top6 center?
Knowing this team, there won't be a time when "everybody's healthy"...
Bellemare still has a far way to go until he's fully recovered and I'm guessing Victor Arvidsson will be the first to lose his top-6 spot when Möller is healthy and Vesce arrives.
Does Bernhard Starkbaum have NHL potential? Put up fantastic numbers last year in Austria and seems to be doing great in SEL this year. Is he a new Frederik Andersen or are his stats deceiving?
