Don't have time to translate, but essentially Gallagher has been living in the Gorges household the last 2 weeks, Gorges giving him tips on how to be a pro, etc.
Looks like he'll have a whole lot of time to work with him. A lot of free time...

I can confirm. I saw both of them at the Brossard's dog park.
Gorges brought his bulldog. True story.

He could be for a while, until Galchenyuk is ready to assume reigns.

Seems like our next captain taking care of a potential future captain. I love both of these guys. After the last WJC, I really really started to like Gallagher. Seems like a good kid.

I honestly think Gorges is here for the rest of his career, Gally won't be captain for a while

It's awesome that we have a carbon copy of our present captain in the system. Gallagher is straight out Gionta but with way better hands. I really hope that he and Leblanc rapidelly develop chemistry and get a certified spot in 2013-2014 just like Pacioretty and Desharnais.

Slowly bu surely our prospect wing depth is growing with Gallagher, Kristo, Collberg, Bozon and Hudon who all have potential to be in the line-up one day.

I'm guessing that they really hit it off (Gallagher and Gorges) and Gorges wanted to help him out. Gorges must also see a lot of potential in Gallagher.

I've been following Gallagher since he got drafted. Couldn't watch any Giants games but was able to listen to some games on the radio =)...I assumed that he has a nice stick handling and got all the tools to reach the NHL. To me he's Gionta 2.0 with less speed. The trio of my dream would be: Gionta - Desharnais - Gallagher .

Georges could give some advice about how to avoid injuries because he's almost injured free except for season 2010-2011. Avoiding injuries will be a big thing for Gallagher because we all know that smaller players have more chances to get injured.

And as for the discusiion i had with another Hab fan, in another thread. Yes he is better than Leblanc and will have a much more profitable career than him.
Apologies if I didn't make myself clear.

When I talked about Gallagher's confidence, I meant at the NHL level. It sure is nice to see him produce with the Giants under solid coaching but it's a whole different ball game when you jump to the AHL, let alone the NHL.

Why pay a maid when you can bring in a prospect?

Solid coaching hmmmm, might be a problem here.

Eat your veggies.

Seriously, what can he tell him? Don't pull your groin, you won't get hurt...?

Gallagher will make it as a top 6 Hab the day Gionta and/or Desharnais are dealt, or if Gionta accepts a role on the 3rd line. If either of the two gets injured, he'll be the first to be called up.

You don't know what you are talking about with that comparison of Leblanc and Gallagher. They are two very different types of players; it would be like comparing Bournival to Galchenyuk, just makes no sense.

Both will have outstanding futures in the NHL, they'll just have a different role.

IMO all three players have qualities that help them win puck battles against taller players. I wouldn't be worried about sending any combination of them into a cycle. They will find ways of retaining possession and getting to the net.

Serious question:

Isn't Gallagher playing for the Hamilton Bulldogs this season?
(thanks in advance for any info).

p.s.: Gorges will always be one of my favorite dmen not only with our Habs but in the NHL...go Gorges go!! (also probably one of the most down-to-earth dmen out there! based on his interviews).
