There isn't much difference right now. There is a leaky offensive line. Vick can at least avoid them better than standing still (and getting lit up on his blind side).

Jason La Canfora is tweeting that the Bills are releasing Brian Moorman.

If true...

Yeah, he had a weak game on Sunday. But this is absolutely stupid...he's a leader on the team and still a damn good punter...he was AWESOME in the preseason, had been good in the regular season...this is a mistake. I just don't get this...at all.

Stupid.

Lol. Raiders cut 2011 3rd round pick OL Joseph Barskdale.

McKenzie has now cut both their 2011 3rd (other being Van Dyke) and one of their 4th(Chekwa) round picks already.

WR Tori Gurley, recently cut from the Vikes Practice Squad signed with them too. Not sure if its PS or Active Roster though.

Gotta say ,, Bravo to Brandon Marshall for absolutely taking high road not being childish but coming back with an adult response and owning Sapp in process

Quote:
"When I look at Warren Sapp, I can't go to him and talk about finances because he filed for bankruptcy. I can't go to him and talk about my marriage because he filed for divorce. I can't go to him and talk to about being a great father when one day I have children because he's not active in his children's life. So the lesson we should all learn here is surround yourself with good people and be careful who you take counsel from. I'm not saying he's been there on my side giving me counsel, but that's not a guy that I can go to.

"You know, football doesn't make us. There's more to life than just playing football, so make sure you have a great balance in your life and surround yourself with good people. And guys like Warren Sapp, you know, I feel sorry for. Hopefully one day he'll change his life, we'll pray for him and instead of using words to destroy, he'll use words to uplift. So God bless you guys and have a great day."

I hope you're not suggesting that Brandon Marshall has taken the high road here.

Yes I am

Instead of hitting Sapp back with childish remarks ,, He simply stated facts and the disappointment that a man who has no control over his own life would talk down upon another person and use childish insults about said man IQ

Taking the high road would have been simply brushing his comments off, not taking the opportunity to point out Sapp's flaws, no matter how politely he tried to put it.

Marshall is gonna take a dig at Sapp for being divorced? Didn't Marshall get stabbed by his wife last year?

Bringing up Sapp's finances and talking about his family and children is taking the high road? They're both idiots.

May be true, but not the high road either.

High road would be to ignore him altogether or not point out the negative.

Seems more like two petty idiots bickering.

That's not taking the high road. If he wanted to take the high road, he would have said nothing and just ignored Sapp's comments.

Also, one could argue that Sapp was just stating a fact as well. Some people are getting really sensitive and saying Sapp called Marshall a retard because of his illness but that wasn't the case. Obviously it was a poor choice of words and just completely unnecessary but I listened to the interview and it seemed obvious that Sapp was just calling him stupid/dumb because he doesn't know the history of the game. It wouldn't be the first time someone has questioned Marshall's intelligence and if you look at his history, it probably won't be the last.

As for Sapp, just get him off the air. He's completely unprofessional and it's not like he's a great analyst either. Showtime replaced him on their NFL show and NFL Network should do the same. While they're at it, they should get rid of Deion as well.

That wasn't the high road at all. Brandon Marshall just took his meds before responding hence why it sounded so polite.

I like Barksdale and think he can be at least a depth guy somewhere, just didn't fit into the ZBS.
