Last person I expect to fail defensively is Terry and he crapped the bed playing that offsides trap...(I shall let Mikel be for now)...

It was nice to see Toni Kroos and Bastian Schweinsteiger score yesterday. 3rd consecutive game where they both have scored. Also like seeing Kroos play in his favorite position, that's why hes scoring. He has a wicked shot and its nice seeing him score.
The FA continues to prove themselves a joke among sports governing bodies. But then again, I can't think of any shining examples in any sport.
This isn't any different than being found not guilty in a criminal court yet liable under the lower threshold of a civil court IMO. Plus Suarez got 8 games for a very similar transgression.
And on top of everything Terry is a despicable human being so...
I think being found guilty helped his sentence, it was probably about the same as Suarez, if found guild maybe add a couple games, if found not guilty remove a few games.
He was always being suspended for that, I thought that much was clear from the start.
If Bertuzzi was found not guilty by law for his charges against Steve Moore, should the NHL not suspend him?
LOL...Terry was never going to catch a fair break, but it's not that big of a deal honestly. Him being a "despicable" human being and all, he'll get over it. He has the legal clearing of his name to rest on. Reading the comments from some of the Terry haters on The Guardian are amusing though that's for sure.
I hope he doesn't appeal. He'll lose to the mock trial again.

Yeah anyone who could drunkenly laugh at and berate a bunch of American tourists watching the towers fall on 9/11 isn't going to be bothered by something like this...
The Terry/FA issue was delayed because the FA wanted the legal case finished first....at least from what I've read. It's not like Terry was getting some preferential treatment.
I think it's funny how butthurt people are over him. I couldn't give a damn either way, but go ahead and assume I'm defending him. I just think it's a joke how the FA handled it.
Yeah I guess its kind of a joke that they didn't suspend him ~8 matches awhile back.
I think they were hedging their bets and thinking if he was found guilty they could really throw the book at him to set an example but if not they couldn't give him 8 games.
Personally the idea that it is ok to insult your opponent with word A but not word B is ridiculous IMO...
