The Victoria Royals have traded F Dakota Conroy to the Prince Albert Raiders in return for a 7th round pick.

Oil Kings win their third straight by a score of 3-0. Curtis Lazar has 4 goals in the last 2 games and Tristian Jarry gets his first WHL Shutout. But the penalties were pretty weird, Baddock got 5 for fighting while the person he fought (Duke) only got 2 for charging.

Curtis Lazar is easily my favorite prospect for the 2013 draft.

He was Suspended for 2 games for the hit against Calgary. Now I don't know if that includes the game against Edmonton (wasn't officially suspended but did not play the game as he was waiting for the results of the disciplinary hearing). If so e will be back tomorrow vs Calgary, if not he will be back Oct 2 vs Prince Albert.

EDIT: Yes his suspension is over and will be back tomorrow.

Here We go again! Royals vs Blazers.

1pm, will be a tough start for both parties. Darn Fogerty.

Chevaldave should be back in net, and the Blazers got a good tongue lashing from Guy Charron. The way they played last game was unacceptable. Expect a totally different Blazer team tonight.

Prediction 5-2 Blazers (I said before the weekend tehy would split these games, hopefully it comes true!)

I wouldn't doubt the Blazers taking this one and splitting the 2-game set.

I've been pretty disappointed with Troy Bourke's production so far. Yes I am an Avs fan first and foremost and the games I've seen is he is getting chances, but not finishing (but you can see the potential), and that combo of Forsberg-Jacobs is just leading the team.

I still think that Petan's points will slow down over time.

I'm think Petan will finish with maybe 60ish pts this yr, so needless to say he will slow down.

What is up with Alexander Delnov on Seattle? Anyone know why he hasn't played the last two games?

His point production will decrease over time, but I still say he'll be on the verge of 80-85 points come the end of the season.

Well, a lot has contributed to it and I believe the Rebels organization is handling it the best in their ability. Last year's collapse plays a huge factor, and the loss of Alex Petrovic deffinately hurts, he was the backbone of that team IMO. They're still hanging in there so far this season, yeah they're 1-3 and are currently last in their division, but there is plenty of time to turn things around. They have star-power, defense and a capable goalie.

Gosh...a stream, would love to have been able to see some WHL action.

Just a quickie note, since I am a follower of the Imports:

Import Draft Pick Ales Kilnar Sent Home to Czech Republic
VANCOUVER, BC After being a healthy scratch in 3 of the first 4 regular season games, 19 year-old Ales Kilnar was released by the Giants today and is flying back home to Ostrava, Czech Republic.
http://www.vancouvergiants.com/artic...czech-republic

Wonder what the Giants will do to fill the place.
Shame , as he was quite a regarded prospect.
