karabatic was my favourite player in his THW days, haven't seen him much seince then, i was quite disappointed. didn't seem to have the aggressiveness and scoring threat he used to.

First time I have ever witnessed this sport and it looks cool. I don't have a clue on the rules but it looks like something that would be fun to play.

Narcisse should be in there.
Though the biggest player for France was the team. All played well. Guigou, Abalo on the wings, Accambray against Spain, Narcisse against Sweden and in the group stage, etc...

Omeyer was the biggest thing.

And no disrespect to other nations, but the "true" final was France vs Croatia.
And after that 2003-2008 period, it's been Omeyer-time, the guy is in the heads of Croatian players, Hasek-style.
His mere presence is a factor, let alone his unreal play.

I remember playing this game in HS gym class. Always such a blast to play. Too bad sports like this don't seem to be too big/popular over in Canada. Same with indoor volley ball from the looks of it.
