Good to see Karlsson continuing where he left off.

I can't believe we're missing such an important year of his

Yeah, Karlsson started playing more like defensive defenseman then put up basically one rush out there. And scored immediately.

Man it was awesome to see him live. He controlled the play like no other, though he wasn't clearly playing at 100% or even close. Took his man out, made the right choice on offensive zone and so on.

He could have had more points if guys could finish from he's setups.

Though he took it easy this game you could see how good he's hockey sense and skating is. You have a tremendous talent in your team, you should be proud and happy to have him for (at least) 7 years.

I've been looking for a Frolunda Karlsson jersey, no luck...

The last minute or so features Karlsson more heavily.

I got sick of dealing with the European sites, with all those crazy languages and confusing time differences, so I made a little schedule of Spezza's and Karlsson's games, with the times converted to Eastern Time. Nothing fancy, but figured I would share with you guys. I only made it up till the end of December, and hopefully I won't need to extend it.

I don't think Karlsson has to worry about that, in his first game it looked like his opponents would be the first in line asking for autographs after the game.

"Scuba"? Since the game is on the 4th, that would be against HIFK. How on Earth do you make that "Scuba"?

Just to make that list perfect:
Hifk - Finnish-Swedish boating Association FSBA
Tappara - Poleaxe
Ilves - Lynx
Kalpa - Rapier

lol I have no idea I just copied everything straight from the Jokerit website. I don't know anything about the teams in that league.

Edit: just went back and realized that it's because I'm using the translate tool on google chrome. It somehow translate HIFK into SCUBA haha. Turns out a lot of the names I used are just really random translations

If someone cheap-shots Erik, we still have Semir Ben-Amor in Jokerit. Though he still has 12 games left (of 18) of his suspension. Ask Ville Peltonen for more details.

Here's Semir:
