- All General Managers must remain active, If you don't you will be replaced.
- No disrespecting other general managers, we're all in it to have a good time.
- Please no unrealistic trades, don't blow up your teams farm system to fill your 3rd and 4th lines.
- No trading draft picks more than 2 years before the draft.
- No trades with computer operated franchises.
- No cheating in any way or form, nothing is allowed that creates a unfair advantage.
- No abusing one particular move to score a majority of your goals.
- No quiting your games. I understand a disconnect happens from time to time but if it happens too often or there is reasonable evidence that you are quitting games you will be removed.
I will move the league forward every three nights regardless of what day of the week it falls on. The plan will be to complete 5 or 6 seasons giving general managers a chance to rebuild their teams if they wish.
The games will be played with 6 minute periods on superstar.
The reasoning behind this is to increase leaguewide scoring and bring the shot totals up to a more accurate total. In one of my leagues there is no more than two players averaging more than a point per game and goals against averages are microscopic.

Come on you guys this is going to be a great league! We got myself and 7 other highly active GM's from the boards. I know I'm commited so if your looking for a active league that is as good as advertised, this is the league for you!
This commish is a solid, very active owner in my league and I look forward to the quality league that he will run here. Should be one of the better, fast paced active leagues out there.
Updated the main post. Sorry for the basic nature of everything but I update this on my phone so its hard to make it that fancy. Would be nice to get this filled by the weekend so we can start moving the league along. Feel free to make trades with other GM's and play games with other GM's just don't do anything that involves the CPU operated teams.
