3 misses is kinda alot already. Ask the Ravens the importance of a clutch kicker.

Wonder how much pressure Cundiff felt last night before hitting that game winner. Was 0-3 or 0-4 up until then.

Unreal that guy still has a job. Was happy for him though after he hit that one.

As for Gostkowski, who knows if he'll turn it around. He easily might. But more importantly, he needs to regain BB's trust. Coaches tend to make irrational decisions if they can't trust their kickers. See SB 42, 4th and 13.

Kickers have absolutely no shelf life. Doesn't really matter what they've done in the past, coaches see them as replaceable. I seem to remember Akers missing a couple for Philly after being there for like 12 years.. CUT. If Gostkowski misses anything under 45 next week, I can see him getting the axe.

Also, not sure if the guy that said 14-2 was a walk was serious, but that's crazy talk if he was. Texans and 49ers could certainly take a bite out of them. Even the Broncos if Peyton gets hot.

That was me, I was joking a bit to ephasize just how favorable the remainder of the way is. (with the exception of the games you mentioned no doubt)..... But I was serious when I said Vegas will have them favored in every remaining game as long as you know who is healthy

In other NFL news, Tony Romo just threw 5 INTs. Good for him!

I had a 6 pt lead and Miles Austin going into last nights game vs the Bears defense. Needless to say I lost by 1.8 pts. FML.

year after year i get all kinds of cr*p on draft night when I jump the gun and pick a defense a round or 2 early, according to them. year after year i never regret it. 18 points for me last night with Bears D.

It was really a toss-up whether I was going to play Romo, Fitzpatrick, or Stafford this week.

I was looking golden going in to last night with huge games from Bowe and Chandler, but Romo haunted me from the bench: opponent had Chicago D.

I needed one more catch from Austin and would have won. How does he get one target in the second half when they do nothing but throw?? Was frustrating to say the least.

I won by 4 points this week, and that includes my TE putting up a big fat 0 spot. Hernandez needs to get healthy ASAP.

Hip hip, hooray!

I took the Texans two rounds earlier then I generally take a D this year and they are really good...problem is, I keep getting edged out by Monday miracles...Week 2 was Roddy White and this week was the Bears D. I'm 0-4 in this league and my breakdown vs the league is 21-23. I could have won a couple weeks.

My other league I'm 3-1 and so atleast I'm enjoying that one..

Managed to scrape out a victory last night with Dez. Despite losing about 300 yards in drops between him and Gronk this week, and an egg by Brandon Lafell. Stafford is still pissing me off. Hopefully he starts throwing TDs before mini camps next summer.

In real news, Bruce Arians is interim coach in Indianapolis as Chuck Pagano battles leukemia

I'm in a PPR league, had a 12 pt lead with Austin going, and he puts up 15 pts, giving me a 27 pt cushion. Unfortunately, my opponent had Witten, and 30 pts later, I am 0-4 (12 out of 12 teams) despite being the 5th highest scoring team. My four losses have been by a combined total of 19 pts (5,8,3,3).

I hate Tony Romo.

It would be so awesome if we could integrate Wilfork into the offense like with Vrabel.

How many more games for hernandez is it possible he is back for the jets?

Rookies are doing very well for this team

Bolden - Great game vs Bills

Jones Best Rookie in the league so far

Hightower - TD and a bunch of tackles

Wilson - 4 turnovers all ready hopefuly he starts over Gregory.

Ridley - sort of a red shirt year last year so I will include him been a good #1
