Wasn't Danny adamant the he would not go east unless he was sure the season was toast , or am I remembering wrong ?
Sam Carchidi@BroadStBull
Briere heading to Germany is a clear sign this lockout will last a LONG time; he mulled it over because didn't want to leave his 3 sons

As soon as someone knows when they'll arrive or can play the first game: let me know.
Eisbären play tomorrow in Nuremberg.
Would be a rather easy game to catch for me.

They also own the Hamburg Freezers.
That's why the Kings played in Hamburg two (?) years ago.

Hopefully not, that would be one defensive nightmare.

Damn, if this thing drags on I'm half tempted to go watch a game or two. I haven't had my hockey holiday this season because there will be no NHL Premiere in Europe regardless of the lockout (they didn't schedule one because they might have needed to cancel it in the event of a lockout). I've been to four NHL Premiere games, London, Stockholm twice and Helsinki. Sad that I couldn't this year.

Of all the things to cry over....
. I'm sure their coaches will really be upset with the video game numbers they'll put up if they end up on the same line.

I made an analogy to a ducks fan yesterday about it
Quote:
This is like a relationship.
Ducks and Bobby Ryan got together and were good for awhile. Then the ducks wanted to see what was out there for awhile. This upset Bobby. He also started to seek out new lovers. He found his first love, the flyers. Now he wants them and wants to ditch the ducks.

I don't get that at all. If anything it means the opposite surely?
