Last I heard (maybe mid-Augsut) Peltz wasn't going back to Yale. The team wanted him to play div 2 so he could at least get playing time. They have no real hope in him ever being a real pro but he was apparently the nicest and most liked kid in camp and so they wanna do right by him.
I don't know how that situation unfolded but his coach just didn't want to play him. He apparently wanted to stay and be loyal to his team but he was pushed out a bit.
Funny how a pick like him turned out to be a great character pick, considering they still got Sdao they're likely actually pretty pleased about the pick.
A few more performances like that and Im sure it will completely erase any Sens fans reservations about him. He's a big, strong, fast and skilled player. Thats something worth getting really excited about.
Silvferberg is going looks good too. Its such a comfy feeling knowing that we have some thouroughbreds waiting for us in the stables.
