That would of have been a slap to the face. Rather get eliminated on a tie than a GWG by Brian ****ing Ching.

The guys gave it their all in the last 20 minutes. ******* tactics, they just went all in. Props.

Jesse Marsch probably was jumping like crazy in the dressing room.

What a crazy ending to the match. If that last goal would've stood, I would've flipped. The last 20 minutes or so looked more like a garage league game with the amount of end to end chances

This!

I got caught up watching a college football game and when I remembered about the Impact game, there were about 20 minutes left, so I can't comment much. The last 10 minutes were crazy though. It almost felt like watching 4 on 4 OT in hockey haha, just end to end with plenty of space!

Look at the bright side of things, by getting this tie, we could of have eliminated Houston from the playoffs

He had a 2 on 1 with Di Vaio, and elected to shoot while MDV was all alone on the other side.

To be fair, he would of have had to send a perfect ball infront of the goalie with a outside spin to go back to Di Vaio. Would of have been hard. + He ball hugged on other occasions where he should of have ditched it off and let someone else play the ball

Mallace was surprisingly good too. Technically sound. Wouldn't be surprised to see him get more looks in the next two games.

Failed to pass to an open Di Vaio in perfect scoring position.

I'm officially worried about Nesta. He's looked really bad in the last 3 games. He's not able to play more than 30 minutes.

Can't really blame him for getting injured today, with his spaghetti knees and that pothole invaded pitch, it was bound to arrive. As for Stamina, hes 36 and on a full year of soccer. (Only 2 week break in between AC Milan and Impact)

If we were to get 1 or 2 DP's during the off-season, what position should be covered and who do you have in mind? Our D is set in high end talent and depth, our forward group is set ith Di Vaio and Wenger and I think we hav a decent midfield squad lead by Bernier and Felipe with possibly Mallace and Nyassi as regulars. I'm not even sure a 2nd DP is needed anymore..

I think Saputo and NDS will sign one or two DPs depending on opportunity and not based on needs. For example we didnt really need Nesta but the opportunity was there so they signed him.

Ideally we'd need a winger and a midfielder.

I think the MLS should have a rule which players graduating from the academy and sign a professional contract wouldn't count against the cap. This would encourage development and teams retaining the players they developed themselves.
