Honestly, getting to see CHL games and AHL games through out this lock out is probably the best news i had in a while.
I'm so happy !
And to say i even wrote TVA sports and tried to convince them to air the Bulldogs games. Talk about a hockey's fan dream come true.
Awesome stuff!! Great that you wrote to them...that may have helped!! I'm guilty...I didn't write to them 'cause I didn't even know TVA could show more than 5-6 Bulldog games!!
I'm actually happy again!! At least we get to follow Hab prospects and this year is a great year for following prospects since we have so many of them everywhere!! (Beaulieu, Tinordi, Gallagher, Ellis,etc....and many more).

Honestly, i'm normally really passive with issues like that. I followed for years without creating an account, for example. But that second lockout pisses me off so bad. I couldn't believe i would not get to see hockey this year yet AGAIN.
Frankly, i'm more than happy to feel that we're a big bunch of hockey-mad fans who care enough of the sport that it finally forces the them to broadcast junior and AHL games. And, I hope they'll continue to do so after the lockout finally ends.
"TVA Sports devient diffuseur officiel du club-école des Canadiens de Montréal, les Bulldogs de Hamilton. La chaîne sportive de TVA offrira plus de détails vendredi concernant son entente avec les Bulldogs."
It s been a few months now that they have it.
I watched all the Impact games on it this summer (the ones on TVA Sport)
It s channel 1883 for the HD one.

kudos to the above post
And...can't wait for the first televised Bulldogs' game (October 20)...but maybe the October 13 (Bulldogs vs Marlies...?? not sure) will be televised too, but not sure... still happy we will get more than enough games to keep us happy and not miss the NHL so much.
Would be good to use this thread (imo) to let us keep track of upcoming televised games in the Montreal area...games for the Bulldogs (Leblanc, Beaulieu, Gallagher, Tinordi, Ellis, etc), Sarnia Sting (Galchenyuk), and other teams involving Hab prospects (ex: Hudon), etc...
TSN, RDS, and maybe even CBC?
I'll check the TSN tv program to see if there are any Bulldog games coming up soon...and post some info here.
For US $150, I've got access to all regular season Bulldogs games. It's worth it. At 80 games, it comes up at around $1.80 per game.
I called Bell to order TVA Sports and that's what they told me. I asked them if TVA SD and TVA HD show the same stuff and she said yes, so she better not have lied to me.
If you have Bell, check channel 861. It's TVA HD. I have it already, so I won't need to add.
But aren't TVA HD and TVA Sports HD two different channels? For me TVA Sports HD is on 1883 and that's where they're going to be showing the Bulldogs games.
