nope, though I imagine the pre-season line-ups will be a good bit of mix-and-match

Should be interesting.
WBS has gaping holes at C IMO. Certainly a solid team on D and in net.

I was considering getting the 1 team package for WBS but it's pushing it at $150, especially if the NHL comes back any time soon. Might pick up a few singles instead.

I'm thinking that most of the rookies will be early looks.

I know I'm going to get criticized for saying this but I think Wilkes-Barre should put Steve MacIntyre in the line-up. Wilkes-Barre will have a large amount of rookies on this team this year, and I don't want them getting pushed around since there are no heavyweights on this team.

Bombulie mentioned in one of his posts that Hynes is considering bringing him in on an AHL deal.

Highly doubt there are any video highlights. The game was played at a smaller community college/public rink here so i doubt they even had a camera crew there.

I'm hoping ESPN America eventually picks up some WBS games, but their October schedule seems to be more or less exclusively Chicago and Toronto games.

Well I was going to pick up the WBS games until I saw it was $149. If I knew the league was going to be locked out all year long, I'd probably do it, but I can't justify spending that money because ones the big boys get back on the ice, the amount of AHL games I'd watch will slim down.

Are there streams for WBS games?

The quality of AHL Live's streams suck pretty bad too.

At least they're free though. $149 for a **** stream...yeah, that sounds like a rip to me.

First PP

Morrow & Ferriero on point
Tangradi in front of net
Smith on half-wall
Bennett

Second PP

Dumoulin & Grant on point
Thompson, Gibbons, & Dupuis with Dupuis likely the net-front guy

Surprised and disappointed at lack of Despres on either unit. Rather seen him instead of Ferriero in that spot.

Maybe for the way their pp works it's essential to have a lefty and a righty on the point? Could be, I don't know.

WBS Twitter feed said Payerl was recalled. So he could miss a little time. I don't know either situation well though, just assuming.

I hear the Kuhn has been sent down. This team is dead to me. The most important part of any hockey team is the coolness of the last names as a whole. Remove the Kuhn from WBS and it's just a bunch of bench-warming names if you ask me. Tangradi. PFFF. WTF is that. Common!

Maybe if there was some Macaroni on the roster there would be a chance.

Meantime Smegma is hurt... this is a bleak start to the season.

This should be an accepted part of Penguins' hockey. A skilled player will always be injured. We need to invoke the aura of the Red Panda and the almighty Joes.

They still got Fairy-Oh. Denver Manderson sounds like a 1950's wrestler. I don't know how Holzapfel is pronounced, Hole-Zap-Fel is like a 3 Stooges skit name. There's also War & Peace Warren Peters. Zatkoff could be a Pokemon name for all I know. Don't know how Sneep hasn't been tagged with Road-Runner esque "Sneep Sneep" nickname yet. Adam Payerl----A Mad Player.

The names are pretty strong even without Kuhn. I also like that the have both a Joe and a Joey on the roster.
