How come no one has mentioned how similar WacArnold's and McDonald's logos are? It looks like McDonald's just flipped the WacArnold's W over to make an M.

You guys are making way too much out of this.
I don't think that would pass if there was a legal case. Yes, there is maaaaaaaaaaaaany ways to draw a pitch fork, but stealing it from a separate logo, and selling it as your own is not one of them.
There's no reason for you guys to even make a counter point, because in this case, the team, and the people saying "Who Cares?" are wrong in every sense of the word.
Oh no!!! Dayton's logo has a "D" in it - and it's a CAPITAL "D" too!!!
Danbury better get on the phone to their lawyers FAST!!!!!! Think of the confusion! Fans won't know who to cheer for!
If you're trying to make a point, it's not a very good one. This is twice now that the team has directly stolen part of another teams identity. Sure, you'll always be able to find similarities, but in this case it's theft.

In matters unrelated to logo design...has anyone heard anything regarded FHL mega-star Pierre Dagenais' plans for the upcoming season? I'm thinking either 1000 Islands or Cornwall of the LNAH...
On a positive note the FHL has done an overhaul to their website. It looks more simplistic and clean, a huge improvement. They must have changed website management companies because it was very sloppy before.
Anyone have any idea how a "rookie" camp works in the FHL? I hope to attend one for a FHL team in 3 weeks but not sure of how serious it is. It cost about $350 for 4 days, just curious if this is like the tryouts they just held or if this group has a shot.

Hopefully the temperature drops enough so they can play soon.
I'd quit the team before i had to step on to that ice...I wonder what will be running through the minds of the players. They've had indoor rinks since the early 1900s, even beer leagues get the 'luxury' of playing under a roof.

you would never get the chance to play for the team, you probably would ***** out and quit but if you were a real player you would play for a chance to keep the dream alive .. that is, if you would make it past tryouts without pissing yourself and crying like a girl the first time you get checked

Thank you for taking the high road and going straight to vulgar insults regarding my manhood. I appreciate your feedback...
AP story on Williamsport planning on playing all their games outdoors this season. ($300k price tag for rink cheaper than building multi-purpose building)
