I don't think so. You coul create a new user on ur ps3. But then te online pas for the game won't work. If you have your own copy of the game it would work

Actually I think you can if you create another account. I have 2 psns and only 1 online pass, I can play online on both accounts

All I really do is approve trades and advance the schedule. Things like CPU GM are not at all part of my jurisdiction.

I suspect they will enlarge the scope of the Commissioner for NHL 14 however.
