I'd say the bolded is a tad bit of an understatement.

Depending on how his career plays out it could be the best pick since Daniel Alfredsson in the history of the franchise.

Hehe. Glad you bring him up though, because in the '11 vs. '09 debate the fresher draft is always going to look better because we have lots of prospects to be excited about still, whereas a guy like Sandin will already be written off as a complete bust, or whatever you'd call a longshot missing the net.

Some of the '11 guys are gonna bust, probably, and the draft will look worse.
