I'd love to be watching this right now, but I don't have enough battery life to last me through my next two classes

I can only tell who people are when there playing replays, there is so much clutter on the jerseys I can't even see the numbers.

Just look for the only 2 players that hit, Douglas Murray and Landeskog

He looks a bit slow, but won a few puck battles to keep it in the zone on the PP. Has a goal and assist, but Ridderwall is playing a very good game. I LOVE the on-ice intermission report, NHL definitely needs one of those.

I think he looks fine, he just looks slower because he's playing in a bigger rink. He went 0/2 in the shoot out though. I forgot you can send anyone you want out there after your first 3 shooters.

Dropped the puck on the first attempt. The second attempt was better. He was really good though. I was there. Maybe he shouldn't play the pointman on the PP though, play him in front of the net or feed him one-timers on the wing. Other than that, determined, physical. Couldn't ask for more.

He definitely shouldn't play the point on the PP.

Good first game for a guy who havent played a game since the WC. One goal. One assist. Two missed penalties. But.. he is still the most awesome human being ever to be alive. For sure.

I dont know the correct term for it, but the one the "equipment manager, kit manager" in one of the teams pulled a prank on him once last season. They actually taped under his skates, so he could barely move on the ice. And he had to follow the player and do the interview. And the both of the teams laughed at him.

One thing I really like more about the european hockey is the nets. In the NHL you can barely see the net move. The puck just bounces right out. In europe the nets are more loose and you can tell more easily if it's a goal, even if you watch a crappy stream. Any one here agree at all?

You might be right...will try to compare when the opportunity to do so appear.

Of course he'll be a star of Allsvenskan, isnt he already a semi-star in the NHL? Allsvenskan is an decent minor leauge which will keep him fit until the NHL decides to get going again.

PPG shouldnt be too much to ask from him, although not certain, Landeskog isnt exactly the kind of guy that just out to get points for its own sake. He's a team player first isnt he?

Djurgården actually didnt use him in front of the net in the PP. They used him as the player who sets up his teammates. Probably cause he is the most creative and the most smart player on the team. And the best passer also. I think a role like that whilst he is in Sweden could benefit for him in the future.

Landeskogs second game is today. Starts in 4 hours.

He is skating on the first line with Markus Ljungh and Preds prospects Pontus Åberg.

Was really scared for a sec. Landeskog pretty much threw himself face first to block a slapshot. It must have just missed his face by an inch.
