Fair enough, although seeing as you aren't willing to part with Sharp,(not sure why the thread was started in the first place then), would you agree Miller, Adam, Leopold, 1st is overpayment, if there were a reason to move Sharp?

he's worth a ton to us , but if we could fill multiple holes by trading him I might see it happening
though if LA prefers Kane I would do that... I know I'm the vast minority on that stance though... and not that I dislike Kane at all, I just think sharpie is more important to us right now

It doesn't look bad at first glance- though I mentioned Richards specifically because I think of him as very high end as far as 2Cs go. Value for CHI here is primarily on Howard, and while some will say goal is where we need the most help I'm not sure I agree.

As much as Sharp would be a hell of a good fit in la I don't see la spliting up carter and richards especially this fast. Personally I want to see what a full season of the two can do. I would love to aquire and play sharp with kopi and williams moving brown down to play with carter and richards. However i dont see the hawks settleing for gagne or penner Lotionov bernier 1st in 14 offer

1.3 mil in cap space is not enough to make up for the huge difference in calibre between Luongo and Franzen. Although if you wouldn't do it there's no point in going further.

Yes it is. If Detroit had any need for a goalie then Franzen for Lu would be a near perfect trade.
