wait, they can substitute for the DH now? I thought if you pinch hit for the DH you lose the DH spot

Kuroda is the ace.

I really like the Yankees chances in facing Joe Saunders. He wasn't that good in the 2009 ALCS.

Lets hope they end it tomorrow. Saunders was good last week in Texas.

Would love to end it tomorrow, and they save CC for game 1 Saturday night, but worse comes to worse they got CC in a game 5 at home Friday night.

I watched that game and he was throwing slop up there. Besides, the Rangers were a mess.

still the way this lineup has been hitting lately, the worst pitcher in mlb could pitch 7 or 8 solid innings against them. they need to try to get out of this funk tomorrow.

Ibanez is my freaking hero. Ballsy move by Girardi but it worked out perfectly.

Nice, Verlander and Parker have to pitch tomorrow, giving either no chance to start 3 games in the ALCS. Really meant for Verlander, A's wouldn't throw Parker three times with there pitching.

No that's only if you put the DH in the field. If they were to send Ibanez to RF in extras they would've lost the DH spot.

As bad as A-Rod has been I still cant rip on him. Yankees would be on a 12 year draught right now if it wasnt for A-Rod. I'll never forget what he did for us in 2009.

I'm not a fan of Girardi and he's made his fair share of screw ups but so has every other manager. These days people continuously second guess Girardi's moves. He cops so much more flak than he deserves.
