That 70s Show is on Netflix if you have that, to save some space.
I'm watching Game 3 of Van series on NHL Network with the HNIC feed and all I can say is the HNIC color guy is the biggest homer I've ever seen/heard!!! He may be worse than Gayward, and that's saying a lot!
I'm just glad NBC's crew could call the game in the US with some semblance of objectivity, you know, like professional sportscasters.

Yeah both Hughson and Simpson were bad in that series. (Simpson is the former Oiler from the '80s and early '90s.)
But to be fair, Hughson really came around and made a great call on Kopitar's goal in round 4 game 3 (see below) and he was awesome also in game 6. Glen Healy was also impressive during the Kings celebration post-game 6.
I'm doing another rewatch of the full run on GameCenter and I finished game 3 of this series last night. Richards' game 1 against the Blues might have been even better than against the Canucks and Kopitar was just fantastic in this series.

I thought Richards and Kopitar were terrific in this series and Hitchcock couldn't adjust no matter what he tried, Backus and Berglund just weren't good enough. This is something that Pierre LeBrun noted after the Kings finished off the Canucks that in his opinion, the Kings had the ability to go all the way because 'nobody in the playoffs has 2 centers that dominate 200 feet of hockey as well as Kopitar and Richards'
And he's right. It was a problem for all 4 teams, and will be for years to come. Other than PIttsburgh, right now, there is not a team with a better duo of stud 2 way centers. They compliment each other perfectly, Kopitar is cool (ice) and Richards is fire.
It's really something to look forward to, that they are both commited, talented and driven players. A coach's dream

There's only one thing that can stop them right now.
