Why would you need a sarcasm emoticon for a true statment? I'm confused!

182 is the cheapest so far.... for Lower Bowl.

I always got free tickets growing up from my dads friend that worked in the coal industry up there.

Clemson and FSU should've both just manned up and joined the SEC. But instead they punked out and we got stuck with Mizzou and aTm

Also apparently based on what I'm reading re the SEC schedule in the future, South Carolina loses Arkansas as it's permanent rival in favor of A&M so that Mizzou and Arkansas can be permanent rivals. Not a fan of this. Why not make Mizzou and A&M since they both have that Big XII background? South Carolina and Texas A&M have literally no history - have never even played each other in the 109 years both programs have existed.

Move Bama to SEC East and put Mizzou in west.

That screws up 'Bama's rivalries with Auburn and LSU potentially. The problem is, the way the SEC is shaped, it'll always be screwed up. Until hopefully Clemson and FSU join, which won't be too long I hope. Clemson and FSU in the East, then Mizzou and UGA to the West.

What I've been advocating for forever, though since it makes sense means it'll never happen, is to do it like the PAC-12 does with a North and a South instead of an East and West.

SEC North

Mizzou
Kentucky
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
South Carolina
Arkansas

SEC South

Alabama
Auburn
Georgia
Florida
Louisiana State
Texas A&M

The problem you have there is you could potentially lose the Georgia-South Carolina rivalry which is fast becoming one of the more interesting ones in the SEC East - now you may be able to keep USC and UGA as permanent rivals since Auburn's now in the same division and that would allow for the maintenance of the Deep South's Oldest Rivalry, but I'm fairly happy with the East/West alignment in the SEC. At least it makes some geographic sense unlike some conferences *cough ACC and Big Ten cough*

I wouldn't bank on it happening anytime soon (see: new $50mil ACC exit policy).

Tennessee would never go for it, because Tennessee has rivalries with both UF/BAMA, they're not going to want to lose one, they're the reason why Mizzou is in the East and not Auburn.

Plus there's no way the SEC puts Alabama, LSU, Florida, Georgia and Auburn in one division, might as well get rid of the divisions.

Florida, South Carolina, and UGA supposedly have a handshake agreement to never allow FSU, Clemson and GT into the SEC, plus there's that whole new 50 million dollar ACC buyout and all... Not to mention FSU and Clemson bring zero new TV markets and both wouldn't be nearly as competitive in the SEC as they are in the ACC. I think they would be more interested in teams from NC, VA or another state that doesn't have an SEC team even if they aren't great programs.

So what's everyone doing for Halloween this year? Kinda early maybe, but it'll still be here soon.

I was inspired by a Simpsons re-run I saw the other day. The Halloween one where Flanders is the Devil.

Then I watched Monday Nite Football and the Jets (and Tim Tebow) were playing. Got me to thinking. Tim Tebow is the real life equivelant of Ned Flanders. So, I scractched my original idea (Kurt Rambis) and am instead going as a Satanic Tim Tebow. Gonna go all out on this . Starting with the first Satanic Tim Tebow Commandment:

What does one do for Halloween as an adult? Besides pass out candy, I mean...

No mention of your A's either? Didn't they play last night?

We cause drunken debauchery and frighten little kids. And go on pub crawls with costume contests. You know, the usual

Also, FWIW, Sinister is creepy as hell and honestly unsettling. Went to a midnite show today.

It's after work and I don't work the next day, so I'm thinking Ima go get smashed if there's a bar near me doing specials.

Well, by near I mean within staggering distance (2-3 miles). I'm not driving anywhere to get myself tanked.

Things I learned today - Texas is truly awful. And, Never, ever think that West Virginia is a national title contender, no matter how talented anyone thinks their offense is. Ugh. Stupid WV -4 bet. Brutal.
