Goofs just cheered that "goal" two different times, but never scored. Someone's getting a little too overconfident.

Silly? Perhaps. But that's what happens when putting so many pucks past Michigan's goalie in the last couple nights. Don't get me wrong. It's opening weekend and the Gophers have a lot to prove. But they're making it look easy right now.

True. Even Chris Chelios said it was a weekend of men vs. boys and he's a MSU hockey dad. The Gophers have yet to be really tested. But it'll help their confidence.

I'm ready to kill Taylor Johnson, a senior should know better than to keep taking stupid penalties that cost your team. I know Motzko says he'd rather quench a fire than start one but how many times does this guy have to screw over the team before he's benched for good?
