Oh there is, a top 5 RB that is useless with Andy in charge. Vick and Andy ended up in the end zone kicking in OT, no Def can make up for that mess of play calling.

Mccoy is useless when the pitiful offensive line can't block for him. This game never should have went to OT. The Lions got the ball with 5:18 left trailing 23-13. They went on a 7 play, 80 yard drive that lasted 1:46 and scored a touchdown to make it 23-20. Next they get the ball with 2:27 remaining on the clock and go on a 12 play, 67 yard drive to tie the game. Vick set them up in a position to win the game and the defense blew it.

This was just putrid. Well, 1 loss closer to the firing of Andy Reid I guess. And once again, plenty of blame to go around.

Me too, and unfortunately that's exactly why I used the phrase "I guess." No one really knows with Lurie, and I frankly wouldn't be surprised to see Reid extended.

And why we can not see Foles this year either, as it will just give Andy another excuse.

I can't wait until the Eagles fire Reid then hire a new coach and win 2-5 games and see what people think then.

It'll be funny when they just hire Juan Castillo

Or we can stick with Reid forever and keep going at the rate we are going...not winning anything...

link? How do you know they would only win 2-5 games with another coach. And if they would then they would stockpile high draft picks which would be more productive than what Reid is doing now. After this year he will have had 14 seasons to win a SB and barring some miracle they wont. He needs to go.

Defense has been disgusting the past few weeks. Giants owned us at the end of both halves two weeks back, Steelers march down the field on us after we take a lead. We have a 10 point lead with just over 3 minutes left and look what happens.

Granted today the play calling in both OT and the end of the fourth was just mind boggling, but c'mon - play some goddamned defense. And someone for the love of christ hit the ****ing quarterback!!!

That's not really saying much when the team has a total of 7 sacks on the whole year. The whole d-line is playing extremely poorly except for a few cases. With 0.5 sacks, Graham is one of the leaders of that line

I'm getting really sick of the broken record that is Reid's Monday presser after a loss.

Trent Cole should be pissing everyone off more. He is the leader of that line and he's been invisible all year long.

And what's worse is when he offers his two cents after losing against Pittsburgh and then Detroit. Dude needs to shut up and play

If his feet worked as much as his mouth then he'd have something to talk about. Of course he's only responding to reporters' questions but maybe he should think about what he says a bit more before he says them. You know like when he said that the pass rush "was there." Zero sacks (again) and 4 hits through 4+ quarters... sure it was Trent, sure it was.

On paper, this makes no sense, but Juan Castillo shouldn't have been in the position to begin with. Todd Bowles was brought in to replace Castillo in case he still hadn't picked up on how to run the defense. This is exactly what happened. Its just infuriating as a fan that Bowles didn't start the season as DC. After the disastrous season, the only casualty to come out of it was Joe Banner, seriously? If the Eagles would have just won ONE of those games the DEF lost us last season, we would have been in the playoffs and the Giants would have been golfing.

I wish Reid would just suck it up and fire Marty Mornhinweg too. The offensive play calling this year has been atrocious, and when it's not, Vick is fumbling or throwing INTs.

That's pretty much what I'm saying regarding Marty. If you're gonna fire someone right now, make it him. I thought Juan was turning a corner and doing pretty well. Not his fault the O is averaging 17 a game

Mornhinweg should be fired but Castillo's D blew a 4th quarter lead in 8 of his 22 games. Thats unacceptable.

It is his fault his defense lost 4th quarter leads two weeks in a row. He may have seemed to be turning a corner the first 4 weeks of the season, but the last 2 weeks have been a regression to what we saw last year.

This move was to try to save Andy's ass more than anything, though I agree Marty's gotta go too. And then when the team still sucks, goodbye Walrus!

Sadly the Falcons are also coming off a bye week. I still would like to know how the hell the Eagles managed to play three straight teams coming off a bye week.
