Because in Be a Pro, the GM doesn't resign current players or sign new ones. I'm playing for the Devils. The GM traded Moose and Marty 3 days apart for like scrubs and Frazee is the starting goaltender!!! The only reason we're doing ok is because I'm playing ridiculously as a rookie with 59 points in 39 games.....its garbage...the whole game is garbage
FIFA 13 just ****ed me good. First it scheduled me to play Houston 3 games in a row between regular season and US Open competition then Henry got hurt for 4 months in New England. I guess he really hates playing on turf

My only issue with FIFA how hard it is to get red cards. Or any card for that matter. When the CPU is frustrating the hell out of me (regardless of whether or not I'm winning), I want to get revenge via vicious slide tackles. They're impossible to take down It's also a great solution for when one of my players complains about not playing enough. Put him in, get him suspended for a game or two here and there so you can bench him and let him shut up.
I can get red cards. You aren't trying hard enough
I am. They just do too many skill tricks. The traditional way doesn't work as well. I need to go for slide tackles really behind/after the play to make contact.
That being said, I just played a game vs. the Galaxy (obvious motivation to play dirty). Took a red card in the 20th minute (after the guy had already scored a goal), and then ran up the score by putting in 4 more down a man. That's how soccer is meant to be played.

Yeah I just love how in Be A Pro your stats regress after entering the NHL, negating any work you actually did in the CHL. Then once you are into a few years of the NHL, your entire team ends up being a bunch of scrubs. I'm on Florida and the bottom two lines are filled with 60s and even some 50s...how are we supposed to be competitive or even have fun? I'll have a 4 point game and we'll still lose.
They barely changed anything for Be A Pro from NHL12, yet it's completely broken. I don't know how you can release a game with a mode that is so broken.
I picked up Dishonored the other day because i love Bethesda and figured why not. I must say after not liking it to much at first its really grown on me.
20-1-1 on EHM 2007. Yeah, it is the easiest gm game on earth, but with no NHL this year, it is getting me through. Elias got his 1100th point last night too. SOB won't settle for anything less than $5.5 million per at age 36, but he's worth it. Marty needs to retire, though. Not worth the $5 million at 40. Need cap room.

I had a Devils team win about 180 straight regular season games (two straight 82-0-0 seasons) in EHM 2007. It was total crap, but it was so awesome at the same time that I didn't mind the realism. I really need to give that game another play through one of these days.
