What's more unlikely, Lindholm at 7th or Oilers picking this low?

Well, if there's no hockey they'll have the worst (tied) chances to get first overall.

What's more impressive with Lindholm's PPG is that the first three games were games where he sat on the bench for the entire(?) game.

He's only played in 10 games, so he should be seen as a point per game player. This has probably happened to other prospects in recent years aswell who we are comparing him to, but still. I'm not gonna write 13GP when he's only played in 10. I'm keeping a tab, the almighty version of Lindholm's stats.

I do recall that Lindgren played atleast one game in the pre-season. I thought he had an excellent game.

Not much stood out from him/his line, except that he finished his checks every time which is what you want to see. He's definitely a blue-collar type.

New game tonight, should be some streams out there.

After 10p in 13 games, Lindholm is the first SEL "rookie" candidate this season. A Brynäs player has won this award the last three years, Markström, Ekholm and J.Larsson. Could be the fourth in a row.

It's been silent on the Lindholm front lately... Anyone watching him that could give some feedback?

I don't know but I wouldn't say it's all quiet. Early on Lindholm solidified a temporary role as an expected top 5 pick.

I'd love the Ducks to draft Elias and Hampus' little brother

Friberg-Lindholm-Rakell
Lindholm-Lindholm

Would be a nightmare for Hayward. That would require Hampus' brother (what was his first name again?) to actually have a shot at being a decent NHLer and from what I've heard, he doesn't.

He had three scoreless games, but had an assist last game and has an assist today with one period to go. His totals including tonight are 4+8 in 15 games. Still second best scorer on the team behind Jarnkrok.

If he was to go scoreless for the rest of the season those are still good stats for a 17 year old in the SEL. Could Lindholm crack the top 5?

If he played in the CHL, he'd crack the top 2.

As far as I know Hampus doesn't have a brother (who plays hockey). Elias older brother currently plays tier 3 (Division 1) hockey.

That's true, there has been Swedish first rounders with less production in an entire season. I don't see a stop in his production though, his top6 role is cemented.

Hard to compare draft classes but historically and considering that he doesn't have any real weaknesses, he should crack the top5. Right now that is, finishing strong has more bearing on your draft position than starting strong.

What kind of player is he? Playmaker or more of a shoot first guy?

I think it's already down to him and Nicklas Jensen at this point.

Anton Lindholm?

17 year old D playing for Skelleftea? I read somewhere he was Hampus' brother. Someone said Elias was Hampus' brother and then they were corrected saying Anton was his brother.

Hampus may have a brother named Anton, but it doesn't look like he plays hockey at a high level.
Hampus was born in Helsingborg and grew up in the Jonstorps IF system in Jonstorp, which is just north of Helsingborg and west of Ängelholm, the city Rögle plays in.
Anton Lindholm plays for Skellefteå, which is over 1000 km north of Jonstorp.

Definitely pass-first, especially by North American standards.
