Ah for **** sakes, the Moose better have sat him because the game was already out of hand... Went off in the 2nd holding his hand in pain...

Other than that it was a typical show between the two kids... WOW

When the combine results come back, I'll believe that. Until then...most junior teams jack these stats.

The Q site has him listed as 5'11 and 176, and that's lowballling. I should've known that awful site wouldn't update anything lol.

jonathan drouin ‏@jodrouin27

Just reach my summer goal 190 pounds #ProudOfMyself #ReadyForThisSeason

He's 5'11 192lbs, now.

They were measured by Team Canada before the Ivan Hlinka. Drouin was listed at 5'10 and 187 and MacKinnon at 6'0 and 182.

They took it from the QMJHL website. They measured them at the camp, this is what Duclair said. The roster list on the first page was updated in August.

Most of them lose a bit of the weight they gained during summer anyway because they stop working out like they did.

Easily a top-5 talent IMO. Elite stick skills like the ones Drouin has are super rare to find. He is so damn fun to watch.

Drouin left the game last night holding his shoulder. Willy Palov guessed he would be out a week or two which isn't too bad i suppose

Got an interview with him and did a write up as well: http://www.thescoutingreport.org/eng...watch-in-2013/

Drouin is not a small player. He's well over 190lbs and presently he's taller than Crosby, Cammaleri, Gionta and others of that height level and heavier than RNH.

He's NHL bound no matter what his height or weight.

God damn it, I was super pumped to see him on TVA Sports on Friday when they visit Drummondville. Looks like he'll be out...

Even if he is only actually 70.5inches and 185lbs that is PLENTY big for a skill player his age. Even if he he ends up only 71ins and 195lbs, that's just fine.

Yes, he said he was going to be on the bus but didn;t play either game on the weekend. He said it was only a sore shoulder but I guess it is better to be safe than sorry. Anyone wishing to catch up a bit on Jonathan, I wrote a small article on him at TheHockeyWriters-Combine

Good write-up...

I hope you're not responsible for this one though...

Pretty embarrassing to write a Jonathan Drouin article with canucks draft pick Alex Grenier as the cover photo : lol

Thanks. However, I don;t want to criticize Future Considerations too harshly as I know I am always only one article away from having a similar mishap.

Am going to try to put-up William Carrier, Mr. Turn and Burn, of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles this week as well.

Was back at practice today in a non-contract role and should be seeing the doctor tomorrow with hopes of playing Wednesday vs. PEI.
