1-0 B-Sens, Dziurzynski scores on a top-shelf wrister after a curl and drag; assists to Stone and Cowen. End of 1st period.

Looked like Leggio couldn't get a read on that one. Kinda went one way and the puck went the other.

There's really no way of knowing because all of the teams will change after the NHL is back and the best players are constantly recalled.

That's typical with minor league teams.
Not many care about them and a good portion of their attendance is from kids and families that attend on weekends because it's something cheap to do.

No one goes to AHL games during the week, especially the second game of the year and when the Yankees are on. Plus the team has been average to bad for nearly a decade.

Amerks PP... Brennan gives it away in left d-zone circle, Leggio make two huge saves on Grant.

PP expires. Zibanejad's open shot stopped by Leggio's outstretched glove.

2-0 B-Sens, PPG credited to Wiercioch; assists to Cowen and Grant; Jessiman w/ screen, possible deflection in front.

Injuries to Cannonne, Legault and Schiestel?

The puck zings out of play into #BSens bench and hits Pat Cannone in the face. To the room he goes.

RW Max Legault not on the #Amerks bench. Also, D Drew Schiestel went to the room.

Amerks back to the PP in the final minute of period two; it's their fourth opportunity tonight.

Lehner with a glove save on a Pysyk point shot; and that is the end of the second period with the Amerks trailing 2-0.

I was pretty excited about the Amerks this season, especially offensively with Adam, Foligno, Hodgson, Mancari, Varone and Tropp, but it doesn't look like they're giving a lot of trouble to Sens defense.

The team's looking pretty scrambly as of two periods.

Seemed that way to me too. How have they looked in previous games? I've only seen 1st period of the Marlies game.

Haven't seen the past two games. That powerplay was pretty bad...

EDIT: Amerks on the PP again.

2-on-0 SH break for B-Sens, but Leggio gets across for the save; Hodgson applied pressure on the backcheck, didn't look "slow" but didn't catch them either.

PP was good to start, good puck possession, but then a two-man shorthanded rush was started (Leggio stopped it).

Man, Coho needs to work on his speed...
