Rules -You can Trade picks for picks like 40th,41st for 39th,42nd -All Trades must be sent to me by both GMs and have be posted and confirned in the Thread -Once that is done then the Trade will be offically passed -To Figure out the Winner we will vote on who had the best roster -Please post and keep track of who you pick in the Roster Thread

Draft -There will be 23 rounds -You can Draft players from the 2008, 2009, 2010 NHL Entry Draft These will be considered the official list of drafted players: http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/draft/nhl2008e.html http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/draft/nhl2009e.html http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/draft/nhl2010e.html Official draft clock till begin at 5 pm central time weekdays, 1201pm central time weekends. The Draft Clock will end at 11:59pm central every night. -Each Team will get 30 minutes for each pick -After making your pick PM the next GM -If you miss your pick then you will be skipped. You will also have only 15 minutes for each subsequent pick -If you have been skipped you can make up the pick anytime -If you're "next up" in the draft you may make your pick at any time. Picks will only be skipped when the draft clock is officially running. -If you have been skipped you can make up the pick anytime -If you know you be unavailable for a pick or pick(s) you may PM a list to me. No "BPA" on the list. Best Available Player is a matter of opinion, and your opinion may not be my opinion

OK I screwed it up. I have the Royals listed twice in the poll, and left out the Ducks. I can't find a way to change or edit the poll. Anyone have any ideas?
