I love nail but ill probably wake up and catch the second half, 6 is a little early considering Fridays are the only day i get to sleep in.

But here's to hoping he keeps his streak alive and has another good game

Thank God I live in Montreal. Yak's the only reason why I'm not going crazy about the lockout.

I'm using this link to watch in case anyone is looking for one. I'm using the Lefton TV one and it seems to be pretty decent.

End of the 1st with the score tied 1-1.

Yakupov is playing well but nothing no plays really of note to describe. Possibly may have picked up a secondary assist on the PP but it was just a standard wrist shot through a screen.

It's nice that Yakupov is so easy to pick out on the ice because of how dangerous he looks because it's pretty hard to read the numbers on the jerseys during play with the web stream.

3-1 Metallurg now about 8 minutes into the second.

Nothing new on Yakupov since they've been on the defensive all period. On the PK now too.

Edit: And 4-1 now... Glad I'm only interested in this game for Yakupov.

5 minute major PP now. Yakupov was on for the first shift but they couldn't get anything done.

Edit: 4-2 now. Second unit scored but the PP continues.

Had some good pressure and few shots to finish it off but nothing goes in. I really think he should be getting more ice time...

4-3 now off another PP goal with 30 seconds left in the second.

I don't think Yakupov wasn't on the ice unfortunately.

Game over. Final score 5-4 Metallurg.

Wish there was more to describe about Yakupov but he had a relatively quiet game which is mostly due to Metallurg carrying the play for the most part. Had a good rush and got a wicked shot off earlier but that was probably his best chance.

So Yakupov in action at midnight, cool time for a game on a Saturday night! I hope someone has a stream of the game.

Amazingly, I enjoyed watching the AHL games tonite since they had a strong NHL influence with the players in the game. If the NHL doesn't begin soon, I hope that Sportsnet picks up a few Oklahoma games.

Tied up 1-1...

The AHL feed looked like it was from 2003 with grainy picture and horrible sound. The KHL feed is pretty good but with Russian commentators. Man, I miss the NHL too...
