Didnt like the shakehead from Beaulieu after missing the net with his shot.. Hopefully Lefebvre tells him you just cant do that in the Pro..

At least we're doing a good job at taking penalties.

And out-shooting them, 22-15 after two periods.

Can't believe it's only the end of the 2nd... At least they're getting some good experience.

I like Leblanc. Still think he can work it out. But do beleive that if the draft isn't in Montreal or "fortunately" Leblanc leaves earlier than our pick......Chris Kreider is our guy.
Have you (or anyone else) been able to see much of Kristo lately? I LOVED him in the WJC

Montreal, the poster, is a regular as far as the NCAA is concerned. I will find a way to get most of his games, on the WEb as well same with MacMillan. I'm a Michigan fan first so I will also see Bennett a lot but I can't disregard both of Kristo and MacMillan as well.

So I've Kristo in the exhibition games just like everybody, from the highlights, and he does look quite dominant. Though to be honest....it's totally expected from him. He has no choice but to be dominant this year.

Exactly. The thing to do here is, if possible, find the good moves from the kids. There's not enough space in this board to post the bad ones....

The list was leaked, pretty sure Kreider wasn't the next guy on it.

If I have to see another Leblanc bust - i'm going to lose it. That has been done so many times....

the 2009 draft was not a great one. Leblanc will be a solid NHL'er for a long time, at 18 that's gold. Look at the bright side, Toronto picked Kadri.

Nasty nasty save by Delmas. Lays down and does the split with his pads to stop the puck

Kadri has been much better than Leblanc before his injury

I have no problem with the Leblanc pick. It wasn't a reach at all. Kreider could end up being better but it's too early to tell, and even if he was...that still doesn't make it a bad pick. I just think he's more likely than not going to be a very good..defensive forward. For what it's worth I think he has Carbo-esque potential.
