Moroz just tied the game against the Tigers 2-2.
The Oil Kings dug themselves a 2-0 hole so it's nice to see them bounce back.

If this trend continues it'll be interesting to see what the OK's goaltending situation looks like by Christmas time.

Yes I agree. I am hoping they give Jarry more of a shot. I was shocked to see he did not the start tonight.

Back-to-back.
For whatever reason coaches still seem to think that it's a big deal for goaltenders. Jarry wasn't even tested that much over the first two periods last night.

Nice win for the Oil Kings tonight. Things were looking a little hairy there in the first period.
7-3-1-2 now.

Just took the Oil Kings a little while to kick it into gear this season. They should be division champs and first or second in the East when all the dust settles.

Calgary and PA will push them pretty hard.

The last two games were against pretty young/weak teams.
We will see how they do on their upcoming extended road trip after the weekend.

Seven Oil Kings are going to play in the WHL team for the subway series, Moroz and Ewanyk among that seven.

Stephan Shmoorkof suspended 2 games for this hit on Trevor Cox of the Medicine Hat Tigers last week.

It's pretty absurd that the Oil Kings had seven days between games here.

I still can not get why in the world Brossoit got named to that team. I guess award for playing bad.

Being the reigning WHL playoff MVP carries some clout, I guess.

It does, but they should take a look at his stats. I think he has been the worst Oil King by a good amount this season along with Sautner. I am hoping Jarry gets the start today, but I would Imagine if he does not he will get the start tomorrow.

I am predicting a 5 to 2 win for us. With another big game from the Ewanyk and Moroz line.

Hopefully he has a good performance in that tournament (or whatever you call it) to get him some confidence.
He's been pretty shaky so far this year. Luckily Jarry's played well.

I'm at the game tonight. Pretty sloppy first period, hopefully they play a bit better from here out.
Is Dylan Wruck scratched tonight?

Hmm... maybe he left the game. He was listed on the first line with St. Croix and Foster on Twitter prior to puck drop.

The Rockets are being outshot 21-5 and they have 2 goals. Bravo Brossoit.

Michael St. Croix just tallied his 100th regular season goal with the Oil Kings. He's the first Oil King in the modern era to reach that number.

3-2 Rockets after 2 periods; shots are 31-17 for the OK's. Brossoit is still struggling.
