The Wild game (you know the one), and the 2009 and 2010 draft threads have this one beat, but it's a good start.

This. I can understand the need for a few AHL vets and what not, but there's no reason that Chiasson and even Glennie should be scratched in favor of any of those guys. And then throwing benn in there as a forward just makes it worse.

I don't think getting scratched is such a huge developmental roadblock. What's 15 minutes of ice time to guys who spend several hours per week on the ice in practice?

I just think it's ridiculous to scratch Chiasson because he had such a good game yesterday. Seems like if the objective is winning, one should play the best players... Development must be the priority here. That or dementia.

There's no substitute for live game action... there are only so many chances to get it.

As much as I love Sceviour, I'm almost dreading his return. Because he's going to play since he's a veteran and therefore another young player will likely need to be scratched.

I swear a robot is directing these broadcasts. Puck gets close to goal line? Switch to corner camera.

Lake Erie scores again.

I'm rooting for them honestly. Get Texas back down to the basement where they belong.

I disagree. The NCAA would be an awful developmental league if that were true.

And it's at this moment that I remember, we should be watching real hockey games. But no...

? They play games in the NCAA. And it is a worse developmental league than the CHL.

If only Scott Glennie was playing we wouldn't be losing right now.

I'm glad they're losing. If they had won with this god awful setup you just know Willie would keep it for the next 3 games.

Joe needs to step in and have a talk with Willie.
