Wonder what Gainey thinks of all this. If he's watching he can't be anything other than underwhelmed.

Is it just me or does the Eakin line get a very abbreviated shift on the PP? They seem to start it off but then get pulled off at the first possible moment.

Nilstorp covering the puck in his crease is the best the Texas PP can hope for.

Can't wait for Roussel to get beat down by someone.

He had some great chances the last few games but just can't convert. Doesn't help he's playing with Rousell as his Center.

Wonder if one of these dogs would like to be a professional hockey coach.

I get that there needs to be some vets to balance it out and bring the experience and blah blah ****in' blah when your bringing up prospects through the system, but these guys with NHL experience or SEL or whatever have been among the worst players consistently. Tough weekend in CP.

Look on the bright side. A lot of what we're seeing now was subtracted from the big club this offseason. It probably would've been better for all this just to get hurled from the organization entirely, but whatever. It's the Stars we're talking about.

First time I've been able to get online today. Seems like I've missed a wonderful game.
