Take it easy ... Just pmd you again ... Hasn't been super easy reaching you either .. Was available Sunday evening and couldn't get you worked 16 hours yesterday and at work still today ... Will hopefully be on around 10 tonight and if not ill try my best tomorrow evening
We traded back to back fluky goals within a minute of one another in an otherwise very strong defensive game for both sides. The OT game winner came from a short side slapper from between the faceoff dot and boards that beat Rinne just inside the corner of post and crossbar.
Game 2:
EDM 1 NAS 0
Ironically, this was a much more offensive game from both sides - more shots, better chances, etc. My team, in particuliar, played much looser than the first game, but Dubnyk came up big quite a few times after not being terribly tested in game 1. EDM scored with less than 1 minute left in the 3rd after a failed clear led to a faux breakaway attempt that was buried behind Rinne.
Legwand got jacked up by, I believe, Smid and suffered a broken rib - essentially ending his playoffs.
3 straight games I lag out with 1 minute left and 3 straight games are decided by a breakaway backhand-forward move during that span. Good luck next round Edmonton.

Good series man, you are a good player, I can't believe how game 4 went. All of our games were 1 goal games it should have been a lot closer series-wise then it was. We both play very similar, tight checking games.
Game 3 was tight checking as well another couple of flukey goals made it 1-1 until A. Hemsky like in game 2 scored on a breakaway with under 20 seconds remaining.
Game 4 was the first game NSH really dominated in, through the first 2 periods and most of the 3rd, I could not do a thing. He went up 1-0 in the first period on a nice feed from behind the net into the slot. Went up 2-0 in the first Short handed on a sharp angle chance off of a turnover from the corner board at the goalline that went 5 hole. With around 5 minutes left in the 3rd he took a tripping penalty and I had sustained pressure for the first time in the game on a 6-5 that I couldn't score on for almost 3 minutes. He got possession and on the ensuing PP Brad Richards scored on a wrist shot from the left circle through traffic with 40 seconds remaining. I called a time out and put out my top line and Hemsky for the 3rd straight game scored with under a minute left on a breakaway to send it to OT. Iginla scored in OT on a breakaway a 90 seconds into the 1st OT period
There was a lot of lag through the series think it had to do with him being in the midwest somewhere and myself being on the east. Good games and good luck next year.
