What's the Staal brothers overalls?
Eric is 87 overall and Jordan is 85 overall. Jordan's overall dropped, I think it was because he was injured for a fair amount of the year. It's not amazing, but it's pretty good.

Yes. I think most of the active GMs are all done with free agency. We should get this thing going.

I traded Robidas to NYR at the beginning of last season for Redden, Stralman and a conditional 2nd (2012 or 2013). If I had pushed harder I might have had Sauer instead of Stralman, neither of us knew he would fly up to 81ovr.
Can i just trade NHL players to teams that need them for prospects or picks? For example, if CBJ has only 4 NHL d-men, can I trade them Martinez for a prospect?

I think its a reasonable idea as long as its not like a 4.5 star prospect and most people are ok with it.
I stacked up with money during the season, because silly me, I thought everyone would re-sign all their players and UFA would be very slim pickings.
So I'm at the cap and couldn't do anything in free agency, while all you snatched up the players from non active teams.
This should be ok... I didn't get the young stud non qualified RFAs, but getting the prospects would be fair
I don't get why my Brassard/Foligno proposal was reejcted... the teams are all messed up anyway, they only have half a roster... whoever gets them will need to go full rebuild anyway
