Yeah, I appreciate having power and a social life so I'd prefer if this storm is a dud.

Are there literally hundreds of regulars (Rangers fans) with thousands of posts that are dormant right now and will show up as soon as the season starts? Rangers fans with thousands of posts pop out of no where everyday here and there. Maybe it's just because I only look at the fun threads don't feel like talking hockey without there being any actual hockey

So today I learned the difference between "trying" to put on good weight and muscle, and trying ... and it's only 8:45

So I had to wake up at 630 today to take my sister to the ACT about half an hour away from our house. I got home around 8 and decided to treat myself since I haven't been awake before 7 in a very long time...

I went over to the deli and ordered my usual treat yo'self meal. A hungry-man (hero with three eggs, bacon, ham and cheese) and got a 16oz coffee to wash it down. I figure I'm only 142lbs these days, I want to get up to 160-165lbs eventually, I can afford to fatten it up a bit.

Then in walks the high school soccer coach. And what does he order? 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, and broccoli. No bread. Made me feel like a fatty and a failure and made me realize I'm really only half-***ing this attempt to put on good weight.

But half-***ing is better than nothing at all, right?

Perhaps I need to make some lifestyle changes. Argh, who am I kidding, it is WAY too early in the morning to be pondering such things.

If the storm is going to hit us next week, I really hope it is enough to at least shut down school for Monday. I have a 6 chapter exam on Tuesday and could really use the extra day for studying. It also wouldn't be too bad considering Monday is my longest day of classes.

This seems accurate. Then there are posters like me, who have thousands of posts while always flying under the radar.

Call me extremely disappointed with Medal of Honor's campaign. It was great action and all, but it had to be the shortest campaign I've ever played. Extremely disappointed. I'd say about 3 hours of gameplay, whereas Battlefield and Call of Duty have seen around 6-7 hours of gameplay.

If anyone wants a quick laugh, turn on NBC and look at the facial expressions this sign language interpreter has while she signs.

I am terrible at building things, I don't know why but I have no natural ability at that.

Built a bookshelf for my bedroom today. Didn't realize until the end that I mixed up two of the pieces of wood (excuse mode: the pieces weren't labeled. Obviously this is still my fault, but come on ).

So, I have a completed bookshelf, it just has some minor unfinished wood showing

I don't assemble stuff anymore Whenever there's one of those screws or metal things that you have to put into a designated wooden hole and the wood chips off around the hole and becomes unable to keep the metallic thing in place and everything is ****ed. Ya... sorry for the lack of terminology I don't know what I'm talking about.

Age demography of dormant posters is slightly higher? I'm just hypothesizing

Considering most of us are in the 14 - 25ish age range, yes

(I had to bump the bottom down a bit for me... Almost 15 )

Look at you trying to include yourself in the age demographic here.

What are there, like two 14 year olds here?

We used to have a poster around here that was into weather....could really use him right now.

Anyone know, as we are closer approaching the time, how badly central jersey is suppose to be hit?

Random question, I remember I shared my birthday (nov 17) with Loffen, and someone's mom... I believe it was yours? Could I have a confirmation on this?

Went ahead and confirmed it myself.

RKY called me a knowledgeable poster in that thread

Welp, since most of my college app deadlines are November 1st, I better not lose power because of the storm or else I can say bye-bye to Villanova and University of Maryland sent in Cornell's application a few hours ago though

Three storms combining into one super storm over the most densely populated area in the Unites States, just days before the presidential election is too fishy to not be a coincidence. Especially when you consider the unexplainable hard left turn Hurricane Sandy will make. Wake up people, it's HAARP at work here.

So just get them done now. It shouldn't take you that long to get them done.
