I funded most of these gear by selling my old gear to begin with, so in reality i probably spent closer to about 400 or so.
I plan on reselling the Vaughns, they are in pristine condition and i should get close to 800 to 900 dollars back for them
Stuff on my to buy list
protechsport masks (havent decided what model to buy yet) x2
farrell undershirt
those items will probably end up adding up to a grand, which the vaughns will cover
I only play beer league and went without shoulder pads for most of last season. I loved the fit of these and feeling a lot more protected I hope will allow me to play a bit grittier this year.
Next up is a pair of custom Warrior Franchises or Easton EQ Pros. Not quite sure yet.
Also recently got the Reebok 20K 75 flex Bergeron curve. Really liking the stick so far.
Although this all seems very overboard I am a bit of a gear ***** and get most of the gear for cheap.
No, I did a TV interview on the RBZ. The rep saw it afterwards and offered me a stick as a thank you for the kind words. I was gonna get it anyway through pro-deal as I was a big fan of the stick, but this just kinda fell into my lap.
I finally caved and ordered women's shoulders. I thought about the Bauer supreme one40 model but I've heard it's a bit restrictive so I went with the CCM u+ W09 which looks nice and light. They should get here tomorrow, I'm so excited!

Good call, I don't think the One40s were designed well at all. Too low riding in the front and too high in the back. Would always recommend trying the W09 first.
