I think Tillman can come back, but Reed's stubborness has really shown this season. I though Reed was a good coach at the start of the year, but hit ability not to adapt has really ticked me off.
For crying out loud Joseph has sucked. Absolutely sucked down the stretch, but Reed/Crandall won't change their game plan one bit.
I'm very much a fan of continuity for the club, especially something like football, but I'm really considering weather another coaching change is needed. You just cannot have this many gaffes coaching wise to sink the club. We're something like 6-1 when we rush over 15 times, yet refuse to rush the ball for god knows why. We've had decent talent at the position too so it's mind boggling.

I agree Reed has been brutal. But after Tillman traded Ray and a 1st for Jyles and a 1st and two kickers I lost all faith in him.
No, don't you get it? It will again be everyone else's fault. Our QB's have been blameless according to Eskies management.
If Nichols doesn't start next game after doing more in 2 drives (ignoring the fact that Koch wiped out a 50 yard throw) than Joseph did in 7 quarters, something is seriously absent in this organization.
