Matt ****ing Nichols.
How painful is it knowing that we've thrown away a year of development by sitting him behind Steven Jyles and Kerry Joseph.
Replacement said he had no arm.

It doesn't matter if they can pull it off or not, Nichols starts for the rest of the season...or atleast he should.

Imagine if Reed put Nichols into the game earlier like everyone on these boards thought he should

Impressive last quarter, but doesn't make that convert any less ugly.
It's a convert, you run a little slant all across the board and someone is always open, why try and float one deep?
At least Nichols looked great.

Matt Nichols had 225 yards passing in 9 minutes of work. 275 if you include Koch going offside on that huge play.
I think we've found our QB of the future. Or at least the QB that needs to given the shot to be our QB of the future.

That was great by Nichols. Joseph has shown to be woefully ineffective for 2 straight games...gotta give Nichols the ball next week. At least let him play to start, knowing you have a veteran on the sideline in case he isn't getting it done.
No idea why they went with Joseph for as long as they did....could have cost them the game.

I love Kavis and think he has the potential to be a great head coach or years with us, but he has to start Nichols next week. It not, BRUTAL!

Why pass to Koch, had to be Kavis calling that play.

Nichols was able to actually find the seams in the Montreal defence and he only had 8 minutes to figure it out. Joseph had the entire game and he couldn't do a thing.
Nichols needs to start the next game.

Without sounding like "whining" because the Esks didn't do enough the whole game to win, but it seemed to me that the Als got more then a few "breaks" on calls.
