What ever happened to Jaroslav Svejkovsky

He looked like he had a bright future w/ the Caps, even had a 4 goal game to end the 96-97.....he then got traded to Tampa and never played again after 2000-01 after playing only 2 games in the IHL scoring 2 goals in 2 games w/ Detroit....i remember wanting him back in Allison-Oates trade way back when.

Falls Church, VA: There was a promising player traded to the Lightning from the Washington Capitals a few years ago named Jaroslav Svejkovsky. What has happened to him?

Jay Feaster: He is out of hockey, suffering from post-concussion syndrome.

Remember that 4 goal game he had at the end of...oh...I forget what season, but it looked like he was on the verge of becoming something big.

The Caps had quite a prospect trio with Svejkovsky, Bulis, and Zednik. I actually liked Zednik the least and Yogi the most...which just goes to show how fickle young players are.

I wish you're right cause with Allison and Deadmarsh back the Kings would be unstopable.

There's a bunch of doctors and med students that I play hockey with......one of them made a good point that Deader already has his ring and his millions.....he should walk away when he still can make that decision for himself. The only non-Devils jersey I got is a Kings' Deader jersey, so I hope the best for the guy.
