Awesome, congrats montag.

UB says this basically.: although the conditions are not bad now, we will stay open even when buffalo will be in the middle of the cone and two storms Tuesday and we all gonna die.

I hope it isn't bad. Cause I'm not driving to UB if winds are 50 mph.

Atlantic City is currently almost completely flooded from the storm surge.

Sounds like this is going to be as ugly as expected.

Best of luck to ya vcv. Hope it all goes swimmingly.

So I'm two hours in to a 9 hour break between classes due to cancellations. I do not want to drive home and back again tonight.

Do I go see Cloud Atlas or Perks of being a Wallflower?

I'm almost contemplating seeing Argo a second time.

Personally I'd prefer Cloud Atlas.

That being said, Wallflower has the most crushingly positive critic reviews I've ever seen in a movie. If that type of movie appeals to you (they don't to me) it appears to be the better choice.

My company lost power a few hours back. I'm already home, in jammies, with my baby girl. Woot.

I've heard of a few places around the area that lost power already. That's crazy to me; nothing's even hit yet!

I personally loved the Wallflower myself.

Best of luck to you guys on the East Coast, and hope everyone stays safe!

Its going to help!! I cannot believe how much better I can breathe since surgery September 18. Do yourself a huge favor and follow the post op instructions in a completely uptight sort of way, and I am not just talking about Lortab.

Thanks man, I appreciate the anecdote. Gives me something to look forward to, instead of just hoping I vaguely feel better.

Sister and Brother in Law just bought a beach house two years ago on Long Beach Island, NJ. Mandatory evacuation. I heard the ocean has met the bay in areas of the island, with the worst yet to come. Supposed to be be spending the Thanksgiving down there in a few weeks. Kinda doubt that is going to happen.

They were scheduled to re-fiannce tomorrow morning. Bank cancelled, and called for a re-appraisal after the storm.

In the big picture, hope all stay safe and sound.

Here's hoping things slow down with the storm and everyone stays safe.

Fourteen months ago we were in New York, standing on my brother's balcony overlooking Trinity church. I'll never forget the energy in the air, the clouds swirling around the buildings or how bizarre it was to see empty streets. Almost a Lieutenant Danian experience. It is probably one of the most interesting days of my life.

Having the house cleaned. The wife almost collected on my life insurance policy - put a box at the top of the basement stairs, right in my path while I was hauling a giant box of the kids' toys. Outside of wrenching my back, popping something in my hip, and having one of my son's plastic toys slice open my finger, it failed.
