Don't worry, it won't be hurricane by the time it gets here, hurricanes lose a good chunk of their ''punch'' as soon as they hit land.

I understand but this isn't a hurricane it's a hurricane combined with a storm thus the name Frankenstorm.

Yeah, no. We'll get some rain (not a lot) and it will be windy tonight. Won't be a very nice week but it won't be anything storm-like.

My favourite umbrella died. Left it in a puddle, burial at sea style.

Okay fine, it was more like I threw it on the ground in a wind/rain induced rage fit.

I'd like everyone to take a minute and pay their respects to Watsatheo's Umbrella...

.
.

Today we lose not only a friend...

We remember not only one moment of tragedy... but a life of great purpose and achievement. When the unrelenting rain pounded upon the concrete sidewalk, it did not shudder, it did not flinch. It instead sacrificed every inch of its frame to keep our friend, Watsatheo, away from harm's reach. Umbrella was an example of courage, of selflessness, and that is a memory which will follow Umbrella to the afterlife.

.
Today we lose not only a friend, but a guardian.

Umbrella, you will be missed.

2012-10-29. Never forget.

I know the feeling man, my umbrella suffered the same fate last year. Keep your head up, your umbrella is in a better place now.

I say the most scary thing in Quebec remains Tornadoes , it's been a couple of Tornadoes in the Montreal region every July month for the last few years. The storms are getting nasty here in July.

The wind is pretty strong outside man. A lady in Toronto was killed by a flying debris earlier.

I'd also make sure my car isn't parked under some weak ass tree.
