Maybe. The pass rush needs to be better than it has been. Tuck and Osi aren't making as much of an impact as they should be. JPP is trucking, and Canty and Joseph have had good games, but the feared and vaunted Giants pass rush of old is not quite as sharp of late.

It's being masked as "passable" so far this season because the team has been winning, but opposing offenses are chewing up the field against the Giants, so people don't realize that they're giving up close to 400 yards per game, which is near the bottom of the NFL. Unless they make significant improvements on D, I don't see the possibility of the Giants going anywhere in the playoffs.

The above is an objective view, not an emotional Giants' fan view, and I think it's fair.
Even giving up a lot of yardage, they are still pretty good at keeping points off the board somehow. So they are locking it down when necessary.

The pass rush needs to be better but it has been ok. The run defence has actually been pretty good. It's the secondary that's the problem. I don't fully trust any of the corners except Webster and even he has bad days.

I saw Kellon Clemons on the sidelines for a team (Rams?). I thought he was done.

6 Cowboy turnovers including a pick 6 and they still had 4 shots at winning the game in the final seconds and almost won the game if not for a few fingers in the white?

WOW.

Didn't watch the game, only the highlights but what the hell were the Giants doing on offense all game?

And looks like the beginning of the end in Eagle country. Vick serving himself up to sit? Defensive coordinator fired last week and no result. Andy next?

Eli was off, the receivers were dropping catchable balls all game, and the running game was getting nowhere but they insisted on running it. Our offensive coordinator is an idiot, I often get the impression that the Giants win in spite of him.

Combine that with the defensive coordinator's idiotic zone scheme, his absolute refusal to put press coverage on Witten, and our suspect secondary, and the Giants could barely stop freaking Romo from marching down the field.

Gilbride is ass as an OC

He settles for FGs wayyyyy too much. that direct snap on a 3rd and 5? thank god Dez wasn't making a fist with that other hand, or else the loss would be on him for his atrocious, predictable play calling( Execution wasn't there either).

Example in our last offensive drive we havent run the ball well all game Bradshaw gets two nice little runs, goes back to the run gets stuffed. OK I dont mind that. But then he runs the ball again gets stuffed again. Now we face a 3rd and long with the Cowboys pass rush deep in our own part of the field. We punt back and are an inch away from losing.

Peyton leads the league in QBR with 109.

Over the past four games his rating is almost 130.

The Broncos end the season with the Bengals, Panthers, Chargers, Chiefs (x2), Bucs, Raiders, Ravens, and Browns.

MVP #5 incoming.

The play calling is far too predictable. And when he tries to switch it up and do something he thinks is clever, it's usually the wrong choice. It's third and forever, and we need the first down, so let's run the ball. Great stuff.

Never.

At the end of the world, the only thing that will survive are Andy Reid and the cockroaches.

He will waste critical timeouts, make terrible play calls, mismanage the clock, and lose obvious challenges until the end of time.

Crazy thing to see in NFL Leader board

The 4th best yds by a WR = Brandon Marshall 675 yds

Marshall is on track to smash almost every Bears WR single season record

It's really absurd how he is in line to win another.

What exactly does everyone base this on? My guess is fear.

His fingers couldn't have hit the white any more clearly that it did.

300+ yards, 3+ TDs in each. Only 1 INT total. Crazy numbers. Aside from an awful 10 pass stretch against the Falcons, he has 1 interception this season. That's unreal considering the year long layoff.

His career and his comeback are going to win over voters regardless. If he can keep up this pace, the MVP is his. He has maybe 3 or 4 guys to catch, but he's not far behind them at all.

IMO, Marshall is a top 3-5 WR in the league. Only two guys definitively ahead of him, IMO, are Fitz and Megatron.

my guess is an average defense and the fact that they've already lost three playoff games they were expected to win in matt ryan's career.

matt ryan is way better this year than ever before. The offense as a whole is now elite. And id rather have an average defense all around than one with a glaring weakness.

The packers d is terrible and the giants secondary blows but that wont stop them from being super bowl favorites. The first round exit is based solely on the last three years which is ignorant to say the least.

49ers vs. Cards should have been played in London.

But then Wembley would be empty. Not many people east of the Atlantic actually bother following teams when the time zone difference is 6 hours and up.
