Wildwood Ferris Wheel didnt fall, would be sweet if it did though. Winds are pretty strong here in South Jersey already at least gusts of 60

im in the dc area and to be honest i look out the window and it doesnt seem that bad. Is it suppose to get worst?

JTown if you watch any of the news channels 4 (NBC), 7 (ABC), or 9 (CBS) for D.C. (probably the same for Alexandria) I'm sure all they will be talking about for their news hours is the weather, that is what they did on 7 and 9 during the derecho.

edit- I just realized you meant for finding out about what was going on around the East Coast.

we have no tv access at my place. so its hard to get straight info . IVe been getting texts that says the metro is closed tomorrow too. any word if that is the case?

the website just says its close for the morning.

Yeah the metro is closed tomorrow. The mayor tweeted it https://twitter.com/mayorvincegray . I haven't heard officially but I'm pretty certain it was announced yesterday/early this morning that it was closed today.
