Could be puck luck, could be that he is taking a more responsible role costing him some offense. Still too early to judge a player's boxcars.

Could be that he is basically the only Rebels defenseman with some sort of an offensive ability. Even though Red Deer has some good offensive talent upfront, they lost majority of their depth last year especially on the powerplay.

That should help him, shouldn't it? He'd be eating that PP time like crazy.

He's playing on an average Red Deer team... Hopefully he finishes the year there cause he'll be we'll coached..

Hopefully he can make the WJC team.

It could also tire himself out due to the long road trips in the dub. I remember a game couple weeks ago against Saskatoon (1 of 5/6 on the road), they're up like 5-3 and he was playing majority of the last five minutes or so, but that is probably due to all the rookies/young talent they have on D. Surprisingly he's hasn't been playing the full 2 minutes of powerplays, but that is because Rebels use some of their forwards on the points, though make no mistake he is still getting a lot of PP time.

Always really liked this kid. Wanted him in Edm until we won the lottory. It's a shame he went to a division rival cause he's a gamer.

I'm sure Yakupov softens the blow.

Hahah yea it helped. I just never wanted Murray. I know he's a
Solid rock type Dman but I love the high risk/high reward guys like Subban. And Dumba reminds me of him in a sense.

He's going to get traded eventually. Hell of a player who likes just fine this season in my viewings. Saw his fantastic goal live a few weeks ago. It was wild.

Are they still playing him ridiculous minutes (30+ per game) like we had heard last year?

WTF is with the thread title? We Wild fans are supposed to be under the radar, not bragging about our prospects.

If Red Deer is on the bubble for a playoff spot I will be for certain they will trade him to other conference.

Rielly will put points on the board, but Dumba can win you games (but can also lose games as well).

This doesn't make sense I don't want to take anything away from Dumba but Rielly is more responsible defensively, so unless you mean physically he can win you games I'm not sure i know what's implied.

Dumba makes high risk, high reward moves and plays that could win hockey games, but can lose them as well.

At least in my viewing of him this hasn't at all been true. That's the impression I got before I watched him though. From what I've seen he's quite responsible.

That if you're a top ten pick and not doing well, it's a problem.

Unless we're actually complementing the Wild for doing well with high picks, because we all know how hard that is.
