Good call, I don't think the One40s were designed well at all. Too low riding in the front and too high in the back. Would always recommend trying the W09 first.
Interesting...what tipped me off was that the front seems wider but not form fitting, and some girls I know say that this restricts their shoulder ROM. Also the caps seem to be the same size as the regular one40 shoulders, what's the point of that?
Unfortunately the one40 is the only model you can get in Australia from supply sites, and my proshop refuses to stock women's shoulders anyway. I had to order these from hockey monkey.

Yeah, they're too clunky imo. The low-profile system of the W09 just seems to work better. I believe those are the only 2 current model women's SPs from the bigger companies at the moment
Took a chance and picked up the Tron S40 Aviator about two weeks ago. My previous experience with Tron products and the $24.99 price tag were enough for me to give it a shot. I used it for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised with its performance as it did not fog up at all despite not using anti-fog spray. If you're looking for a new visor or are just curious like I was, give it a shot; it was a low risk/high reward move for me.
2 sticks. I broke both of mine in warm ups about a month ago.
Bauer Vapor x50 int. 67 flex p88 cut down a bit. This was for backup but has been my main twig. I've used this make/model for the last year so I'm pretty comfortable with it.
Bauer Vapor x7.0 67 flex p88 cut down a bit. This was the more expensive stick but I haven't been using it much. It's awesome. I've been picking my spots on when I use it. I can't afford a new stick if I break one.
Next purchase will be yellow super feet whenever my proshop gets them.
After that probably nothing until I eventually pick up a fusion mask.
I believe they renamed to something like fmax or something. so keep that in mind
Unless this is a very very recent development, it is incorrect AFAIK. The Farrell project has been shelved by its buyers, although they have tried to restart it. If you could provide a source for your info, that would be great.

Well it appears my info is outdated as of a few months. it was full FX for a little bit, but it appears their website has shutdown.
new miken zl 70 flex bp14(p14/toews clone). feels pretty whippy...I like it. for reference, my favorite stick thus far was a t1 in 75 flex int, but broke it in just over a month which scared me off a bit...and i'm not at all hard on sticks...so picked up a 77 flex and its just too stiff especially considering I have to cut it down about 5" or so.
as an aside, i was originally sent a z9 by mistake but in the same configuration. felt oddly similar to my old x60 75 flex int.
Lol... i was hoping the other goalies posters on this board would recognize it without me specifying...
its an Itech 960 made by Wright Designs... wayyy better than crappy retail Bauer 960/961 that are being made now. fingers still crossed that it's actually one made by Jerry Wright himself but I am not getting my hopes up.
When I get the mask I am going to re-pad it with new foam and slap on a new white cat eye on it.
I ordered new Easton 85S gloves, cause my Warrior Surge has a growing hole on the left palm. I kinda like the concept of the snug finger/hand and the loose cuff for this new glove, but I'll see how they fit, when they get here in the mail.
You might have to go up a size in the RS line, the length of the palm is shorter. Hopefully you'll like them, but I find them very irritating and restrictive when you bend your hand backwards. You really feel the edges of the cuff digging in if you bend your hand back.
