My guess is the user had to confirm the offer sheet went through but since he left the CPU can't or won't do it.

I think the problem with Minnesota not signing Ennis is that they don't have enough cap space. We can either wait for them to unload some salary or make a trade with him to help them get to 5M cap space.

When I try to trade Ennis, it gives me a warning saying you can't trade someone with a pending offer sheet.
