The woman and I met up with one of our friends we hadn't seen in a while for drinks, and she brought a new girl from her work that just moved to town... trying to get her to meet some people. The fiance ended up leaving early, we ended up playing some pool and I didn't have my phone by me... but apparently the fiance called like 8 straight times without me answering. She got so pissed she drove back to the bar at 1am... and pulled up when I finally realized she was calling, and I called her as she rolled in.

Although the new chick we met... dear God. I couldn't believe she was talking to me, let alone trying to get me to go home with her... Wish I could say some of the stuff she said, but that'd be an insta-ban from here or even say some of the stuff she was doing while playing pool. Never really met a chick like that, well not one that was trying to hook up with me at least. That's the kind you always hear about your buddy having a blast with.

Oh.... was expecting something a lot worse, no offense.

And that's almost break up material for your girlfriend? Seems more like not getting any for a week material for the average relationship.

Yeah, I don't see the big deal either... Although I did say I'd be home in one more beer, which turned into 5 or 6, a couple shots, and some bar games haha. She should know how I am by now, and that the only way I'm leaving a bar is if it closes or if I'm about to pass out. Nothing new there...

Were you almost single due to the fact this girl was so awesome that she was potentially worth leaving your current girl for or the fact your girlfriend got pissed at you not answering?

Little bit of both... although that chick I don't think is someone I'd ever date, but more of a toy.

BTW, Cullk... above, that's what we normal people call a joke.

Yeah, one of my friends was born there, and still makes frequent trips back on a yearly basis and he's cooked it for me a few times.

Oh, I was going to say "neither have they" if you said you hadn't.

It's actually a really cool food culture... One time we went over there for a family party of his, and everyone had to eat with their right hands, and no utensils. Never looked up why they do it, but that's just how they eat. They're a very sharing group too, and it's common to have someone basically jam a handful of food in your face even if you didn't ask for it. It's considered very rude and disrespectful if you don't eat it, even if you've already tried it and don't like it. Most of their food is pretty spicy...

Fun fact: Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee.

OK, maybe that wasn't fun.

Can you spare $5? Ranji is an eight-year-old boy from Africa. Both his parents passed away. He has one leg, one arm, and one eye. Each day, the boy rides his bike with rust, a bent wheel, and just one pedal over seven miles on a narrow road. If you are feeling generous, please send us $5. If you do, we'll send you the video. It's ****ing hilarious.

Reminds me of what I always used to say when I was accused of being wasteful growing up or in college.

But [insert my name here], think of all the starving children in [insert impoverished country here]!

Okay, name two of them.

That's pretty damn funny actually.

Also I got in school suspension for a week so I got off easy. But now before a panic attack i gotta tell the teacher and go all the way to the nurse. So that's gonna suck

Oh man, after the last couple days of working long hours and with zero time to even catch a break to gather my thoughts, today's ridiculously slow day has actually been awesome.

Of course, knowing my luck, the file I'm waiting on won't have lender's figures sent in until 4:58 or so and I'll have to stay late to get that done before I head out.

I'm guessing it's bc they wipe their ass with their left hands, and don't use toilet paper. That's why Indians eat with their right hands.

Yup, left hand is for ass wiping, right hand is for eating. If you're a lefty in the third world, good luck with that.

edit: evrything you ever wanted to know about the left hand and more...
Left hand bias

I know that in some cultures you eat with one hand because you wipe with the other, no joke.
