Screw that. Let's try to get Zidlicky back and offer them peanuts for Henrique.

Has anyone ever tripled their goals/points in a situation like his?

Of course. Not many have. Our own Kyle Brodziak did.

Thanks for the insight man.

Its nice to see we're not all being homers when getting excited about him.

I've even seen Bob McKenzie tweet a few things about him over the past week. That's surprising.

191st overall Graovac 14 games, 20 pts

3rd overall Galchenyuk 13 games, 18 pts

can graovac keep it up? a major breakout season in the making?

OK, sorry. Anyway, love it so far. Maybe he will compensate for James Sheppard.

Galchenyuk missed a full season of hockey with injury and is a year younger. I wouldn't be bragging about that yet...

Galchenyuk is now at 15 games, 21 points. And he doesn't have a likely top-5 pick leading the way either.

Obviously Graovac has had a breakout start. Whether he can make that a full season remains to be seen.

But he's not even on pace with Shep's 06-07 season in the Q

The kid grew an inch +, put on twenty lbs, has really made it obvious that he has worked his butt off on every facet of his hockey game. You don't get many 6'4'' 205+ forwards that have VERY soft hands and a great shot + good skating everyday, even in the second or third rounds. 7th rounder? Honestly think this kid is a legit 2nd liner with an entire AHL season played to hammer out those things you can skimp on in the OHL. I'm not even talking him up on his stats thus far- it's watching his play. Watching his positioning, skating, decisions...seems to have the keen sense of being in the right place a lot. Also, been stellar in the SO, and most of his regulation goals have been 5v5, not PP.
